Is ‘StartUp’ renewed for season 4?
Season 4 of ‘StartUp’ has yet to be officially approved by Crackle. The official ‘StartUp’ Twitter account has been offline since January 2019, likely due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but the series’ Netflix premiere should allow producers to properly analyse the series’ future potential. In 2021, a decision on the show’s renewal or cancellation is expected.
When is ‘StartUp’ expected to release?
‘StartUp’ Season 4 will not be available on Netflix until June 2021, or anytime sooner. The platform recently published a list of new arrivals, but there was no mention of the series. According to the show’s release schedule, the third season was released three years ago, and the fourth season has yet to be announced. This only increases the likelihood that the fourth season’s release will be determined by public demand. If the show is well-received when it debuts on Netflix, fans may be treated to a new season in 2022 or 2023.
‘StartUp’ Season 4: Cast

Although there is no official word on who would return if the show was renewed for another season, it’s safe to assume that some of the show’s heavy hitters who have been there since the beginning would almost certainly return if new entries were being made. Without Brody, who plays Nick Talman, Marrero, who plays Izzy Morales, and Gathegi, who plays Ronald Dacey, the show would fall flat. We expect them to return to Season 4 of ‘StartUp’ as well.
‘StartUp’ Season 4: What to expect?
Araknet reaches 100 million users during Season 3 of ‘StartUp’, allowing Talman and his company to get Series B funding from Saginaw Partners. However, a virus organised by Rebecca and subsequently prevented by Izzy results in the loss of 60 million users. The major dispute is basically resolved when Saginaw realises that it needs new blood to recover from a press controversy and, as a result of a persuading meeting with Mara and Ronald, agrees to partner with Araknet. Nick spontaneously murders Rebecca at the end of Season 3 of ‘StartUp’, thereby eliminating her as a danger.
Season 4 of ‘StartUp’ is expected to begin with Nick, Ronald, and Izzy renewing their bond as professional colleagues/conspirators, but as the heat from the underworld and governmental threats intensify, they’ll need to look after their own best interests. Mara, played by Timlin, appears to be the plot’s wildcard, as she possesses the resources and motivations to make some major decisions, which may involve her father Wes rather than her boyfriend Nick.
Fingers crossed that ‘StartUp’ officially gets renewed for a season 4. Stay tuned to us for more updates.
